By telephone, WhatsApp or email to make an appointment. To speed matters up we can send our RedSeal Client Registration Form in advance. The basic fee is £90. A quotation is provided on receipt of documents.
Do we need to meet?
Usually yes, strictly by appointment only. However remote notarisation, electronic notarisation and stage-one electronic legalisation (FCDO e-Apostilles) are possible.
Documents we notarise
The document most frequently notarised is a Power of Attorney: for individuals buying property in Spain or selling real estate in France (or any other country), and for corporate clients opening a bank account or branch office overseas.
What identification is required?
In most cases a current passport and proof of address. Sometimes enhanced verification is necessary — contact us for precise information.
